Tear the\u00a0mozzarella and\u00a0pepper into smaller pieces. preheat the oven to 3-4*C.<\/li>\n<li>Spread each toast with a layer of pesto and add some pepper and mozzarella on top. Grill for 3 mins or until the cheese melts.
