Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl\u00a0and make\u00a0a hole in the middle. Add the\u00a0 eggs, one by\u00a0one.<\/li>\n<li>Using a whisk, beat\u00a0the\u00a0milk into\u00a0the\u00a0eggs\u00a0and flour until you have a smooth batter [ no lumps ].<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 tsp\u00a0of\u00a0oil to each\u00a0muffin hole and heat the tray in the oven for 3 mins. Take the tray out of\u00a0the\u00a0 oven and add some\u00a0sausage to each hole.<\/li>\n<li>Put the tray back in the oven for 4\u00a0mins. Remove the tray and half-fill each hole with batter. Put it back in the oven and cook for 18-20 mins.
