HEALTH WARNING:\u00a0 Please do not rush to move up lists – ensure that your child can not only spell but use the correct spellings in their everyday writing.<\/p>\n

Pupils should know the meaning of each word and where and how to use it. Get your child writing… A little everyday.<\/p>\n

The lists are designed to build on each other adding some new content each time – pupils should be able to spell words from all the previous lists they have learned. If you are on list 17 that’s 16 old lists we are allowed to quiz you on!!<\/p>\n
