Yesterday discussions around castles and princesses in the Sunshine Room led us to talk about the Queen celebrating her birthday. The children began to wonder what she might do on her birthday and we thought that we would share some of their ideas.

\n Oliver:<\/span> she eats cake with strawberry icing.<\/span>
\n Summer:<\/span> she eats cake. She might get a new crown.<\/span>
\n Julia L.:<\/span> she opens her presents – she might get a dog.<\/span>
\n Willow<\/span>: she’s seeing all her friends and they’ll bring her presents.<\/span>
\n Effy:<\/span> she goes to peoples’ houses and she polishes her crown.<\/span>
\n Armana:<\/span> she gets new shoes.<\/span>
\n Lexi:<\/span> she’s having a party tonight.<\/span>
\n Finlay G.:<\/span> she’s getting a birthday cake.<\/span>
\n Callum:<\/span> she’ll be opening her presents – she might get a new crown.<\/span>
\nAva:<\/span> she eats her cake and blows out the candles.<\/span>
\n Fay:<\/span> she’d wear her crown.<\/span>
\n Fearne:<\/span> the Queen dances with the prince.<\/span>
\n Brooke:<\/span> she’s making strawberry cake.<\/span>
\n Cian:<\/span> she gets her crown on her head.<\/span>
\n Finlay T.:<\/span> she’ll be opening big presents.<\/span><\/p>\n
