The children tried to work out what the new addition might be and then they were to ask at home what an incubator does.<br \/>\nHere are some of the children&#8217;s ideas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Jayden:<\/span> it&#8217;s an egg box. It warms eggs up to help them crack.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Finlay:<\/span> baby hens can hatch.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Joey:<\/span> it&#8217;s an egg warmer and keeps the eggs cosy.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Simon:<\/span> a thermometer keeps an eye on the temperature.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Zachary:<\/span> it&#8217;s for hatching eggs.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Brogan:<\/span> I see a monitor. It checks the time.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Ciaran:<\/span> chicks come out of the eggs.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Tom:<\/span> the Mummy chicken isn&#8217;t there so the incubator is keeping the eggs warm. They are going to be chicks.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Bethany:<\/span> it needs electricity.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Rebecca:<\/span> there is eggs and there is going to be lots of chicks.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Mary:<\/span> it&#8217;s warm to keep the chickens warm and cosy.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Lexi:<\/span> I think the chicks are going to be in Nursery to say &#8216;Hello&#8217;.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> Sophie L.:<\/span> the incubator is warming the eggs up. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Well done boys and girls. We think that you done good research at home. Thank you also to Simon&#8217;s Mum and Dad who have brought us eggs for our incubator.
