Water has 3 states: liquid (water), solid (ice) and gas (steam).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kayla: \u2018If you put water to 0 degrees it turns to ice. Ice is a solid. \u2018<\/p>\n<p>Hilda: \u2018If water is over 100 degrees it turns into steam. Steam is a gas.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Paige: \u2018Water is a liquid. It is see through.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Noah: \u2018When you put water into baking powder it turns into a foam. It was still at the bottom so it\u2019s insoluble\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Theo: \u2018Salt and sugar both dissolve \u2013 they are soluble\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Riley: \u2018Sand does not dissolve. It sank to the bottom.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Sophie: \u2018The coffee dissolved and it turned it brown and blackish\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Chloe: \u2018When you put water with oil it turned all bubbly. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It was like a lava lamp.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Riley: \u2018The talcum powder looked a little like snow&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Science today we were learning about Water.
