We are all guilty of it and it can be a real problem when you want to get important things done; such as studying. You should have finished the module 5: Looking after #1 in which we look at procrastination, but it&#8217;s well worth coming back to and this hack looks well worth it.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifehack.org\/articles\/featured\/11-practical-ways-to-stop-procrastination.html\">LifeHack.org (They have 10 other ways on this page too!)<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><em>Finish Your Day Before It Starts<\/em><\/h3>\n<p><em>The best decision you can make to avoid procrastination is to plan your days in advance.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Rather than frantically figuring out what you\u2019ll do on any given day, a better way to approach your day would be to take a few minutes at the end of each day to quickly map out the following day.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For example, every night, before bed, I write down\/review my plans for the next day, which include:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>My One BIG Thing (OBT) that needs to get done that day. This could be a big task, a goal, or a project I need to make progress on.<sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_1\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">[1]<\/sup><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_1\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\"><\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>My No Matter Whats (NMWs) \u2014 these are my non-negotiable daily habits: exercise, my nature walk\/daily meditation, reading (30 minutes minimum), mastery-related work, and time spent with the people I love.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Whatever else needs to be done the following day. This way, my most important goals, and projects are given ample time to be crushed\u2014and to not be procrastinated on.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you bad for procrastination?
