Tuesday 21st April – Numeracy Tasks
Good Morning Primary 7! Here is today’s Board Number, please complete in the maths jotter that is in your home learning pack. Remember you do not have to do the extra, this is simply an extra challenge.
Once you have finished, please use a calculator to correct or ask someone at home to correct your work. Remember, you can also use the inverse operation to correct your work too. For example 28472 x 6, once you have the answer, to use the inverse operation to correct, simply carry out a division calculation using your answer divided by 6 (the answer to this division calculation should be 28472).

TASK 2: CONTINUE WITH PREVIOUS NUMERACY TASKS – MATHS CALENDARS OR CORBETT MATHS
Please continue to work on any of the following:
MATHS CALENDARS
Please use these Maths Calendars for some revision and further challenge. You do not have to complete all of them today!
I have pasted the link below to three levels, 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
1st Level will be revision and if you have a younger sibling at home you could even teach them how to do it – remember teaching others helps us to recall 90% of what we learn!
The 2nd level is what we will have been doing in class and the 3rd level you will have done bits of, so don’t worry if you are not sure of all of the 3rd level questions.
Corbett Maths – Primary 5 a day
Please complete some of the worksheets on Corbett Maths 5 a day – you do not need to print the worksheet, simply write the question in your jotters and work it out.
Start on the 1st April and begin to work through them, you do not need to complete all of April in one day! There are 4 levels of difficulty ranging from Bronze to Platinum (most difficult). Please do not worry if there is a question you are unsure of.
Here is the link to the April questions:

Here is where you can find the answers, please have a go at working out the answer before checking the answers. You may wish to complete one day, correct it and then move onto the next day.
