Monday 20th April Literacy Tasks
TASK 1 – Get Spelling
Here are the Speed Spell words for this week, please ask someone at home to read them out to you so that you can write them in your Practice Books.
Green Book Words Unit 12 – torpedoes, heroes, echoes, bookshelves, halves and thieves.
Blue Book Words Unit 7– character, echo, chaos, technology, school and architect.
Red Book Words Unit 3 – trickier, tidiest, sillier, funniest, messier and luckiest.
Once you have done this, please complete the following:
– Spelling Zone
– Dots and Dashes
– Word Changers
TASK 2 – Vocabulary Word of the Day Task. The template is in your home learning pack, PLEASE DO NOT FILL THIS IN (as there is only one of them) but use it as a guide and do the task in the literacy jotter that is in your pack.

TASK 3: First News
