Design your Room!

If you have £2000, can you use websites such as Ikea to design your dream bedroom? Think of all of the vital things you will need in your room!

Explore and Estimate

Either in your house (or outide if it is a nice day) why not do a bit of exploring? Have a look at what you can find! Can you estimate the size of the objects in centimeters and meters? If you have a ruler in the house, why not see how close you were?

BBC Bitesize

Here you can access the website for Daily Lessons.  I post from P5 and P6, it depends on the activity that day! If you have a look there will be activites on there from that day and previous days/weeks!

SUMDOG Competition

There is another competition on SUMDOG for Dundee.  You will be competing against lots of schools across Dundee! Even P7 in our school are getting involved! Let’s see how high up the board we can get!

Choclate Challenge!

I would like you to create a chocolate bar! You can be as creative as you wish with flavourings!

I would then like you to create the wrapper for your bar!

Finally, I would like you to create a shop which would sell your choclate bar (or more sweets)!

As an added bonus, can you make a TV advert or newspaper advert for your bar?

Now, it is not as easy as it seems! I would like you to include as much imagery as you can! Can you include alliteration in your flavourings and names? Similies, Onomatopeia and hyperbole in your adverts? Remember it needs to be eye catching and sound delicious!

This should take you lots of time to plan, deisgn and create! Don’t rush!
