On Thursday we had Fit Thursday!
We completed a mile run before lunch which will help our stamina by making our hearts and lungs work hard before relaxing and stretching off in the classroom. We discussed why this is important and how this helps our body – reducing the chance of pains!
In the afternoon we got to try a number of different sports and activities! We did Yoga, Boxercise, Hockey and Zumba! I hope you had a great time (I definitely did!) and can see the benefits of being active as much as you can be!
