St Ninian’s pupils have been very privileged to receive weekly visits from R&J Thera-ponies for the past 12 weeks.

Today P4 pupils were allowed to ride some of the ponies, Tutti and Hercules around the nursery playground.  🐴😊

Primary 4 are enjoying Mindfulness Sessions this term.  Pupils have learned to relax their bodies through a 3 minutes body scan, they have learned about being in the “present moment” and how to be mindful of their breathing, hearing and seeing.

Pupils in P4 enjoy listening to Mindful/Relaxation Stories which help them to bring a sense of calm to their minds and bodies.

On Friday, we listened to “Peaceful Butterfly” in the outdoor classroom.  Then pupils coloured in a butterfly printout and/or sketched and coloured on our own butterfly pictures.
