P4 will have regular opportunities to improve their fitness and stamina this term by taking part in “Gym Shoe Camp” – (kid boot camp).
They will complete bench presses, ski jumps, skipping, shuttle runs, squats, arm circles, star jumps etc.

Great idea and looks like they all had a lot of fun!
I get tired watching Primary 4 partake in gymshoe camp. They have oodles of energy. I wish I had a fraction of this. Thank you for your comment.
