Mason celebrates his 5th birthday on Christmas Day, on Friday we sang Happy Birthday to him and he picked a birthday card from his classmates.  Happy Birthday Mason!

Aoife celebrated her 5th birthday on Friday, she picked a card that her classmates had made and we sang Happy Birthday to her. Aoife also had a visit from the Kindness Fairy and she said that we can be kind by helping people to clean up if they spill their lunch.  Well done Aoife!

The Kindness Fairy has been so impressed with all the lovely ideas the P1’s have been sharing, all of the ideas are hanging on the tree outside the classroom for us to see.

Millie celebrates her 5th birthday today, she picked a card from her classmates and told us some of the lovely presents she got this morning, Happy Birthday Millie!

Basil, Callum and Lui shared some ideas to add to our Kindness tree and we have been discussing these in class and thinking of ways we can be kind as we countdown to Christmas.

Yesterday we had our last Kodaly lesson with Mr McLean, the boys and girls have enjoyed their music lessons and we are looking forward to Mr McLean coming back in term 4.

Yesterday we walked down to Menzieshill Community Centre with the boys and girls from the nursery to visit Santa, it was so much fun and it even snowed on the walk back to school! As well as seeing Santa we also watched a puppet show, sang some Christmas songs and had some juice and biscuits.

Our Kindness Fairy is enjoying hearing all the lovely ideas from the boys and girls, and they look forward to coming in each morning to find out who the fairy has chosen to receive a treat from the advent calendar.
