Today we had a party with our buddies before they leave tomorrow and start high school in August. We played some games and danced then went outside and had an ice-lolly, it was lots of fun! We will really miss our buddies and have lots of great memories from this year. Good luck buddies!
Congratulations to our Irish Dancers in Primary 1! Aoife, Ruby and Sophie have been working so hard at their lessons and took part in a competition at the weekend and they all won a medal, with Ruby winning first place! Fantastic achievement girls!
Well done to our prize winners in Primary 1 – Aoife, Jayden, Sophie and Lennox received a class prize and Ruby won the shield for Community Spirit! Well done everyone!
We had our final Kodaly lesson of Primary 1 this week and we played some fun games. We really love the game where one of us has to hide under the material and the rest of us try to work out who is missing! We also played a game where one of us sits in the circle with our eyes closed and someone has to sneak up and take the tambourine. It was lots of fun! We are already looking forward to learning more with Mr McLean in Primary 2!
We had so much fun at Active Kids on Thursday! The weather was lovely and we ran around the park all day trying out all of the different play areas and activities.
Mason celebrated his 6th birthday on Friday, here he is with a card from his classmates. Mason told us he was looking forward to opening more presents after school and going out for a birthday tea, sounds great! Happy Birthday!
This morning we had lots of fun and took part in different activities. We did the mile walk with P5/6 then played football, we took part in a dance lesson and then we played a game of Botcha. It was lots of fun!
This afternoon we had our Kodaly lesson outside since it was such a lovely day. We worked really hard and listened well to Mr McLean. Well done Primary 1!
Today was the last session for the Primary 1 football club, here are some of the footballers with their strips on. Well done to all of the boys and girls that have taken part this year!
