Today at play on pedals we were learning to start off on our bikes ourselves. Some of us can already do this but we helped each other by placing our hands on the shoulders on the person riding the bike while they got their balance. We love working together as a team!

Here is Grace and Ruby both riding their pedal bikes together.

Lui has now completed Play on Pedals programme and is also riding his pedal bike with no stabelisers! Woohoo well done Lui!

We have been learning about the life cycle of caterpillars in the 2’s and learning the story of “The Very Hungry Caterpillar”. Today we painted our very own caterpillar’s.

We also have our very own caterpillars in nursery and every day we are watching them grow and grow and soon they will spin their cocoons and turn into butterflies. Look how big they are!!

We now have 5 pre-schoolers riding their bikes with no stabelisers using the Play on Pedals programme!

Ruby is now successfully riding her bike without stabelisers to! Well done Ruby😀

Today we were using the interactive whiteboard to learn about numbers, counting and farm animals. We also worked on our hand/eye co-ordination when using the whiteboard. We had great fun!
