Firstly I would like to apologise for the technical difficulties you are currently facing. Unfortunately this difficulty is out with our hands and is a problem being faced by all Glow and OneDrive users at present. We ask please that you remain patient and try again in a short while. We are as frustrated as you are with these difficulties but with all schools in Scotland trying to access the same software it has caused a breakdown.
