Hello boys and girls!

Moving our bodies and keeping healthy is something that is very important. We love running around in the Nursery Garden and also using the gym hall.
The health and fitness expert, Joe Wicks has decided to put up a video on his Youtube channel everyday that you can join in with at home. Some of it might be a but tricky for Nursery boys and girls, but you could always get older brothers and sisters, Mums and Dads (and everyone else in between) to help you!
