Hello everyone!
Here is an activity to try that will keep you busy for a long time and will help you become familiar with the money that we use to pay for things. If you have a change jar or “penny jar” at home, tip it out and have a look at the coins. Have a chat with a grown up and see if you notice the numbers on the them. This tells us how much each one is worth. See if you can sort them out into piles of each coin. You could use a cupcake tin to sort them, or little dishes, or even just into piles on the floor. Which coin do you have the most/least of, etc.

Remember to wash your hands afterwards as pennies have lots of germs on them.
