This week, we have learned about our bodies. We did some health, where we drew around our friends and labelled body parts. We spoke about what body needs to be healthy.
In RE, we were learning about God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit – The Holy Trinity.
We have been learning about the human body – we have a skeleton, we have muscles, we have organs. When we are babies, we have 300 bones and by the time we are grown up, we only have 206. this is because as we grow, some of our bones join together to make bigger bones.
We have been using our counting sticks outside for maths.
We have been doing our Daily 15 outside to help us stay fit.
This week, we were making towers in our co-operative groups. We had to try to make the tallest tower! We have really enjoyed going outside for the Daily 15. Sometimes we played games, other times we ran around the playground. It helps us to keep fit.
