As part of our Build It Scotland Project, in our co – learning groups, we used timelines to put famous events in history from long\u00a0 ago to quite recent. We used a\u00a0 decades [10 years] and\u00a0century\u00a0\u00a0[100 years] for the most recent events and we used millennium [1000 years]\u00a0for older periods in time [ the Egyptians for instance].
