In class we have been making time lines in our topic group . we have been learning about different ways of measuring time like decades , century and millenniums this really comes in handy when doing time lines. I really enjoy making time lines because I like learning about different things that happened in history and I like working in topic groups . I really hope  we can make more time lines in the future because I really enjoy making them.

On Tuesday, we went in co-operative learning teams. Then we had to draw and paint the landmarks in Dundee. Our team chosen the Discovery and the Caird hall. Me and Zhara did the Caird hall, Kyle and Ollie did the Discovery. we managed to do it and finished in time because everyone helped each other. Next time we could take our time and we could put a bit of detail in it.

Yesterday our co-operative groups did Dundee Display. Our team did Balgay Hill. We used light  and dark green paint for the hill. We added pixel art to it for our build it Scotland. I helped my team to colour in the hill.

We have been working on time-lines, what we did was we were given two time-lines, one was two millenniums and the other was two centuries. The century one was split into decades and the millennium one was split into centuries. Then we were given pictures of famous events and we had to try order them. 

Hello today I am going to talk you about Dundee landmarks. landmarks are famous and big buildings.In our cooperative learning group, we searched as many facts about landmarks. It took us some time to search good facts, it was hard but I managed it. Some of them are the discovery, the Dundee law and the Tay bridge. We completed our task at the end.

For this session we were in our co operative learning groups or we call it our Build it Scotland groups. We were making timelines about events that have happened in the past to present we were using decades [10 years], centaury [100 years] and millennium [1000 years] for events that happened long ago we needed to research a lot but it was fun I really enjoyed it.

Today we learned about timelines and now I know what most of the names for different times like decade, century and millennium mean. Decade means ten years century meaning one hundred years and millennium meaning a thousand. Now I am going to tell you about some famous people like the year they were born and the stuff they did and when they died. Princess Diana she was born on the 1 of July 1961 she was the first wife of Charles the prince of wales who is the eldest child and heir apparent of Queen Elizabeth II she died on the 31 august 1997 (age 36).

on Monday we got in to our co operative  learning teams and found facts on volcanoes then after we finished finding facts we took clay and made clay volcanoes we made some really cool volcanoes and we are going to try and make them explode and its gonna look so cool
