We have arrived safely in Trichy with all the luggage and all the young people.  No mishaps with either!  Chinna was waiting for us when we arrived and whisked us back to the brothers’ house.  We are all settled in now and really looking forward to going to visit St Marcelin school tomorrow.  Hopefully by then we will have recovered from being awake and travelling for the last 36 hours!

The team from St John’s RC High School and St Paul’s RC Academy will leave Glasgow on Sunday 16th June at 2.15pm and  we will arrive in Tiruchirappalli on Monday 17th June. Welcome to our India 2013 blog!  It has been really great to be reminded about the adventures of the 2012 expedition.  We will be setting off on our own adventure on Sunday 16 June 2013 so keep checking in so that you can share our experiences!

It is 11.40 pm here, the young people are in bed and we are about to go too. We have had the most wonderful experience here in India with the Marist Brothers. We will be setting off for the airport at 6.30 am tomorrow and are looking forward to seeing everyone back home. “Marist Hope” you have a huge task which I am sure you will take in you stride.
