Remember, remember the fifth of November

The Beehive have been enjoying learning about the history of bonfire night and the story of Guy Fawkes.  As well as a variety of arts and crafts and activities on the interactive whiteboard we have been making the most of outdoor learning. The children helped build a ‘pretend’ bonfire and dummy Guy Fawkes and we used this for as a centre piece for our campfire celebrations. Miss Bremner brought her guitar and we enjoyed oven baked potatoes, firework cakes and toasted marshmallows whilst singing a variety of songs, including, Firework by Katy Perry.
