Complaints Procedure

If you are unsatisfied about an aspect of your child’s school experience, then please make an appointment to speak to your child’s class teacher or a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

If you wish to complain in writing, in the first instance please send any complain to the school with as much detail as you can about the complaint, what has gone wrong and what you want them to do to resolve the matter.
