We are working hard to maintain and build on the success of our predecessors, whilst ensuring that Strathdevon School continues to evolve as a learning community, providing high quality teaching, learning and life experiences.
We strive to live our school values, which are: ambition, respect, friendship and resilience. We regularly catch our staff and learners living these values. We celebrate success in many ways although we particularly enjoy our monthly SMILE Award assemblies, when we gather to celebrate success! Our staff are hard working and committed to doing their best for each and every child in our school.
We are determined to continuously strengthen our partnerships with parents, partners and our local community. We enjoy a successful partnership with our Parent Council which is open to all of our parents and we welcome parent and community volunteers.
Strathdevon Primary School is situated in the village of Dollar, Clackmannanshire and was opened in 1965. Our school sits in a beautiful location, next to the Dollar Burn, with views of the Ochil Hills to the north and open playing fields to the south. We offer a wonderful, stimulating learning environment for our pupils and have a very good relationship with the local community.
Many exciting initiatives are taking place at Strathdevon at the moment, all of which can be found in detail throughout our website and on our other digital platforms.
