Analogue Clocks (12 Hour Time)

An analogue clock is one with a minute and hour hand.

It is read using 12-hour time meaning the numbers 1-12 are used to indicate the hour and the time is always expressed using am for the morning and pm for the afternoon and evening.

AM stands for Ante Meridiem which means before the middle of the day (From midnight to 12 noon).

PM stands for Post Meridiem which means after the middle of the day (From 12 noon to midnight).
