27th – 31st August

Hello,

Welcome to week two.

We have had another fantastic week in Primary 1.

Routines are becoming a lot more familiar to us and we are growing in confidence each day.

This week Mrs Hallahan spent time teaching us about shape.

We were able to find different shaped objects within our classroom

We were able to make different shapes using different materials.

We had a go at sorting and matching different shapes.

We have also had fun outside planting our flowers that we grew over the summer.

In addition to all of this we have been continuing to learn how to write the letters ‘m’ ‘a’ and ‘s’.

We have had fun singing number songs and counting forwards and backwards within 10.
