Child Friendly Anti-Bullying Policy

Deerpark Primary School’s Pupil Council have been working with learners across the school to create a child friendly anti-bullying policy.
They have consulted with learners and created 2 final options.
The Pupil Council are now seeking the views of learners, staff, and families to pick a final policy.
The final policy will be displayed in each class to support learners understand what bullying is and what to do if they are being bullied or know someone else who is being bullied.
Please see policies below and also the link to Microsoft Form.
As always, your input is valued.

What’s happening in school?

We would like to welcome Miss Lang to our
Deerpark Primary School team.

Miss Lang will join us on the 6th of January and will teach Primary 5 in place of Mrs Robertson who will be going off on maternity leave.

We would like to wish Mrs Robertson and
her family all the best.

The Parent Association would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported our Christmas Fair.
This year we made £650.

This money went towards Deerpark Primary School visit to
the pantomime.
Thank you once again for all the support in
organising, donating to, and attending this
event.

On Tuesday 10th Dec the boys and girls at
Deerpark had the opportunity to attend
the Macrobert Arts Centre to watch
Rapunzel.

Once again the learners
represented Deerpark Primary school
brilliantly and thoroughly enjoyed their
visit.
