We have been learning all about Scots language and picking our favourite words. We looked at people who help us and created junk models.

Numeracy
We loved exploring our new maths trolley today. We found lots of things to help us count, games and some new Numicon boards! We loved trying to completely fill the boards. Well done Primary One!
Learning Through Play
Lots of fun in class today.
Lots of learning through play opportunities with number and literacy. We were also treated to a song and dance on the stage built by the girls.

Book Bug Bags
We were over the moon to receive our Book Bug bags today! To celebrate we read the start of one of the stories and then predicted what would happen at the end.
It would be great if you could read the three books with your child over the weekend so we can vote on our favourite on Monday.
Owl Babies
We have loved using the story Owl Babies to guide our learning the past two weeks. Today we concentrated on the different characters in the book. We then had a go at creating our own. Don’t they look great!?
