This year we are working on improving learning, teaching and assessment.

• Staff will work on improving approaches to giving feedback in writing. This will support pupils make the correct changes to move forward in their learning.
• Staff will look at how to encourage learners to be more reflective and ensure they have time to work on their next steps.
• Staff will finalise what good learning and teaching looks like at South Park.
• Everyone will agree our new approaches to profiling.
• We will look at ways of improving sharing progress with parents and families.
