If you would like to have a go at it at home please download the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/as\/public\/p14braemar\/uploads\/sites\/4395\/2023\/02\/17103026\/327-0044-22-23_survey-blank-eng-1.pdf\">Birdwatch Survey<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We have been learning about multiplication. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmarks.co.uk\/maths-games\/hit-the-button\">Hit the Button\u00a0<\/a>is a great website to practice your mental maths recall.<\/p>\n<p>In our weather topic we have been looking at the weather forecast on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metoffice.gov.uk\/weather\/forecast\/gfjs69wkh#?date=2023-02-17\">Met Office\u00a0<\/a>. See if you can find Braemar and recognise the symbols for the weather and the forecasted temperature.<\/p>\n<p>We start each week with a recount of our weekend however, you could write a recount of your day at home due to the wind.<\/p>\n<p>Our Steps to Success are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write in first person for example I went to the shops.<\/li>\n<li>Write the events in order of what you did.<\/li>\n<li>Use past tense for example We went for a nice long walk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week we completed the RSPB School Birdwatch in the playground.
