Lee Platt:<\/strong> Senior IT Customer Support Analyst<\/h4>\n

My role is a Senior IT Customer Support Analyst within the Council\u2019s Customer & Digital Services team. \u00a0I joined Aberdeenshire council in early 2014 as an IT support analyst based at Inverurie Academy, I moved into the Senior Support analyst role in 2019.\u00a0 Prior to joining Aberdeenshire Council, I worked in IT support roles with Wood Group and the NHS.\"\"<\/p>\n

Part of my role includes the management and administration of the IT chat bot service, it\u2019s exciting to see the developments in artificial intelligence and how this can have a positive impact in the workplace.<\/p>\n

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids (11 & 8). \u00a0I am a keen road & trail runner; I can often be found on the Bennachie trails on a Saturday morning. I also enjoy road cycling and open water swimming when time allows.<\/p>\n

Marie-Ann McLeod:<\/strong> Senior IT Customer Support Analyst<\/h4>\n

\"\"My current role is Senior IT Customer Support Analyst based with the Customer & Digital Services Team.\u00a0 I have experience of IT since I graduated from university in 2006.\u00a0 I joined Aberdeenshire Council in 2010 (eeek 13 years ago), with a slight break to work in the private sector for a \u2018Managed Services IT company\u2019, shortly returning to the Shire in 2014.\u00a0 My role entails managing our hard-working team of IT customer support analysts to ensure Aberdeenshire Council staff have adequate working technology.\u00a0 This includes supporting Teachers and Pupils within School establishments, where our link with the Love Learning Team exists.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m a mum of 2 young boys (3 and 6) and closely tied I\u2019m also part of a Parent\/Teacher committee.\u00a0 I find it useful to see future thoughts on School technology from different viewpoints.\u00a0 Having seen how technology has changed and improved over the years, it\u2019s very interesting to see how its applied within School settings.<\/p>\n

On a personal level, I\u2019m a member of The Lyric Musical Society, partaking in Theatre shows once year.\u00a0 You might have spotted me in some of our recent shows \u2018Priscilla Queen of the Desert\u2019 or \u2018Kinky Boots\u2019 at Aberdeen\u2019s His Majesty\u2019s Theatre.\u00a0 Don\u2019t worry though I\u2019ll try limit my jazz hands on the day of the in-service event! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Robert Fletcher: <\/strong>IT Customer Support Analyst<\/h4>\n

My interest in IT started when I was about 14, I was given a box of electronic components and a pile of 1.44MB floppy disks and I was told that I should be able to build a PC with the contents.<\/p>\n

I have been working in IT for longer that I would like to admit, the last 8 years of which has been for the council.<\/p>\n

I enjoy spending time with my Wife and my not so little boys. I enjoy DIY, gardening, and walking. I am a rather passionate motorcycle racing fan MotoGP, BSB and World SBK.<\/p>\n

I have been interested in technology for as long as I can remember, I initially wanted to do web design so once I finished school I went to college and got an HND in Digital Design & Web Development.
