I am Fiona Lindsay, a P6 teacher plus Digital Leader. I run a P6-7 Coding Club on a Tuesday lunchtime and a Games Con Club on a Thursday lunchtime as well. I am also an Into Film Ambassador and lead a Film Club after school on a Wednesday.

Four P7s will be accompanying me all of whom attend Coding Club and three of which are also Digital Leaders. The pupils will be showcasing use of Microbits and how they can be coded for various purposes. Makecode Arcade will be shown and how games can be transferred to Meowbits so pupils really get the idea of their game being real.  They will have Spheros and show how these can be used at different levels. Scratch and Scratch Jnr will also be demonstrated and how this can be used to create games/animations using block coding. In addition to this come and ask us about using Minecraft in the classroom across the curriculum and we will show you some examples for Health and Well-Being and Cyber Security.

Pupils will demo how Kahoot! can be used across the curriculum and how easy this can be used. My pupils also use Book Creator on a regular basis and would love to show you what they have been doing.
