I am a Product Manager within the Glow Team at Education Scotland.

Part of my role involves working with Glow users to find out how they are using digital tools to enhance and support learning and teaching.

I am also keen to find out what issues users encounter when using Glow and if there any possible solutions.

I am a Senior Service Designer at Education Scotland having joined in Summer 2023. Service designers engage with service users to understand what they need. We then use design tools, method and thinking to create solutions that make the service more pleasurable to use. I’m currently working on Glow Horizons, a project to understand the future vision for Glow, and on Education Scotland’s professional learning services for teachers.
