Jordan Craig: Senior IT Customer Support Analyst

I started with Aberdeenshire Council as a Modern Apprentice back in 2015, working in Woodhill House as a part of the IT Customer Support Team. Now I’m a Senior IT Customer Support Analyst for the south area, consisting of Aboyne, Alford, Laurencekirk & Stonehaven CSNs. Getting this role as a Senior played a big part in me winning the Michael Brewis Apprentice Recognition Award in 2022, which I am very proud of. I now manage our brilliant customer support team, helping us deliver great service to our customers across The Shire.

In my personal life, I enjoy watching football. I am a season ticket holder at Pittodrie and get to plenty of away games too. I am also Vice captain of my darts team; I play a few times a week both in the league & with my friends.

I Began working for Aberdeenshire Council as a Modern Apprentice in 2022 working for the south team at Viewmount in Stonehaven with the IT Customer Support. I recently finished my apprenticeship and started working in Woodhill house as an Analyst for IT Customer support in the central team covering Westhill, Banchory, Ellon and Portlethen. Prior to joining the council I was in college doing a HND in digital design and game development. In my personal life, I spend a lot of time with my family, I have two young brothers who I enjoy taking out to do new activities with. A few other hobbies include playing games, 3D printing, fishing, painting and seeing new places
