Aberdeenshire Council’s Digital Champions are members of staff who volunteer their time to offer advice, guidance and support to colleagues keen to get the best from digital technology.
A Digital Champion is not necessarily an expert in all things, but is certainly an enthusiast – someone passionate about making a positive impact on how we work, and with patience and empathy for colleagues who may need a helping hand.
There’s no one-size-fits-all for a Digital Champion community, nor is there only one type of person that makes a good champion.
