Meldrum Academy is a great venue for this conference and everything you need is centred around the entrance to the school, and the workshops are located in easy reach on ground and 1st floor.

Registration

On arrival there will be a desk where you will collect your badge and discover where your workshops are being held.
We are expecting around 250 delegates, so please try and arrive as close to 9.00 AM as possible for a 9.30 start

Keynote Presentations

You will see from this website we have arranged some special keynote presentations to open the event  from Google and from XMA.  To close the event we have our very own Head of Education

The keynote presentations will be held in the main assembly hall.

Workshops

The workshops will take place in 2 corridors, so there should be very little movement between your chosen events. Please remember to bring your school iPad, Chromebook or Laptop , this will allow you to take part in events where devices are required, or simply take digital notes straight into Glow 🙂

Learning Plaza

The Learning Plaza is in the area around the assembly hall and we will have over 35 exhibitors who will be super keen to answer all your questions and maybe even give out a few freebies! The exhibitors all have some relationship with Aberdeenshire, from software and hardware providers, to DYW teams, College and University sector and also be sure to see some of the schools that are exhibiting and hear from the youngsters about the digital stories they will be sharing.
