The key to using digital technologies in the classroom to effectively support and enhance learning and teaching is to have skilled teachers who are confident and competent in doing so. These teachers will be adept at seamlessly integrating the technology and recognising when it is appropriate to do so. They will not be afraid to try new things out and to evolve their practice over time.<\/p>\n
We all come to the table with different skills and abilities but all have the same set of standards we have to meet in order to teach in Scotland. Within our GTCS Standards for Full Registration, digital literacy is key:<\/p>\n

This is where the LoveLearning Team come in. We are here to help, support and encourage you at whatever stage of the journey you are on. Our twilight sessions are in short bite-sized chunks at the end of the day as we know how tiring it is to have taught a full day in front of the class, do your marking and prep, and then try to learn something new. We also have in-service events which will give you ideas and hints and tips to help you get started and let you try out something new, little by little.
