The uniform helps to create a working atmosphere that supports pupils learning.

Uniform letter – update for new uniform June 2020

We strongly encourage the wearing of school uniform and the vast majority of parents support this view.

Black V-neck jumper or black cardigan (girls) – both with the Academy badge

White polo shirt with the Academy badge or white shirt and new Academy tie
Black trousers or skirt – no jeans or leggings
Black shoes – not trainers

There are two Academy ties:

For S1-4 pupils there is a new school tie with stripes to represent the four Houses.

For S5-6 a plain green tie with the Academy Logo.  This recognises the role of senior pupils in the Academy

Ties can be purchased from the Academy office.

School Clothing Grants may be made to parents in receipt of certain support.
Application forms are available from the Academy or via Aberdeenshire Council’s website (www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/parentscarers/financial/clothing.asp).
