Mental Health Awareness Week – 18th-24th May

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness week is Kindness. At a time when things feel a little bit upside down, Kindness can be the key to turning things around.

Over the last few weeks our staff have been working on some resources to support our young people, staff and parents throughout this time. We would like to say thanks to all the pupils and staff who contributed and gave their suggestions towards these resources and hope you find them useful.
The padlets are broken into different sections with lots of practical suggestions as well as to how you could show kindness at this time.

Wellbeing for Young People

Wellbeing for Parents / Carers

In line with Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme of kindness, we have put together a Kindness Newsletter. This includes kindness stories from the Kemnay Community and aims to celebrate the excellent work happening in and around Kemnay, as well as encourage others to be kind and share their stories.
