UN’s Sustainable Development Goals & STEM

The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) intrinsically link to Curriculum for Excellence Experiences and Outcomes and Learning for Sustainability across all levels. In this free online and on-demand CLPL course we’ll explore Goal 15: Life on Land and provide you with knowledge and tools to confidently deliver learning for sustainability focussing on climate change with your learners.

The course is designed to be completed flexibly around your schedule – ideally across one hour a week for four weeks – but from the point of registering you’ll have full access to all the course materials, activities and resources for primary and secondary learners to make use of straight away.

Creative Science Online

Creative Science Online explores just how intrinsic creativity is to STEM. Designed to be completed over a minimum of 4 weeks, your learning will be facilitated via informative videos featuring experts from across the sciences, with activity suggestions to try with your learners, downloadable BGE curriculum-linked resources, and peer-to-peer discussion platforms where ideas and expertise can be shared among fellow participants.
