Huntly Castle Junior Tour Guides.

The Huntly Castle Junior Tour Guides have got off to a busy start this session.

They attended a ceilidh in September, wearing their magnificent costumes, and introduced themselves to visitors to Huntly at a ceilidh organised by Huntly Development Trust.

Duncan and Felicity, Emma and Andrea will deliver a public tour at the castle tomorrow.

There are more bookings and tours in the pipeline.

Roald Dahl Day!

Roald Dahl day is on the 13th of September and it is a day for us to celebrate Roald Dahl .Gordon Primary School are celebrating by having a dress down day on the 14th of September!You are allowed to dress as a Roald Dahl character.You could maybe dress up as Matilda and wear a checked blue dress and carry some books,or if you are a boy you could go as Charlie Bucket and carry a golden ticket which could just be a yellow piece of paper.

Hobbies

Hobbies is starting next week and I think everyone is excited!  There is quite a few new hobbies this year so I am going to make a list of a few of them.

Manga art, Art, Gardening, Construction, Walking, Yoga, Chess, Badminton and Outdoor team games.

The Talent Show

A talent show going to be held in the Gordon schools on the 11th. of September. Auditions will be held this week.  Mrs Innes will be judging. Good luck for the audition.
