The Huntly Castle Junior Tour Guides have got off to a busy start this session.
They attended a ceilidh in September, wearing their magnificent costumes, and introduced themselves to visitors to Huntly at a ceilidh organised by Huntly Development Trust.
Duncan and Felicity, Emma and Andrea will deliver a public tour at the castle tomorrow.
There are more bookings and tours in the pipeline.
Primary 4 are very lucky to be able to take part with samba drumming. Mestre Allysson Velez from Brazil and Keith Cockburn from Huntly are coming in to work with the children over the next couple of weeks, teaching them drumming and traditional songs from both Scotland and Brazil. These workshops have been organised by Deveron Arts.
A talent show going to be held in the Gordon schools on the 11th. of September. Auditions will be held this week. Mrs Innes will be judging. Good luck for the audition.
