Opportunities for Parental Involvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n During the school day:<\/strong><\/p>\n Outwith the school day<\/strong>:<\/p>\n If you wish to be a regular parent helper, PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) checks have to be completed. Please discuss this with any member of staff.<\/p>\n Sharing Information<\/strong><\/p>\n At the beginning of the school year there is a “meet the teacher evening”. This is an opportunity for you to meet your child’s teacher and to share any information you want to make known to them about your child.<\/p>\n All parents are invited to attent two Parents Evenings throughout the year. At these meetings parents will have the opportunity to meet their child’s class teacher for a 10 minute conversation, reviewing their child’s individual learning and discussing their child’s progress. This is also an opportunity for parents to hear how they can best support their child’s learning.
