P2/3 went to E and O fish shop when we were there, we saw the smokies getting smoked! It smelled really fishy. The smokie room felt really warm but the other rooms were not as warm. They heated up the smokies by putting them on top of the fire. We got to hold lobsters and crabs but luckily they were not alive.

Fair Play Football Festival
Mr Bennett took along some of our Primary 5,6 and 7 boys to take part in the Fair Play event in Montrose. We played 3 matches against other schools and they all had a great time and played well. The Fair Play Award went to Kyle Fraser in P6 for showing outstanding sportsmanship! What a credit to Ladyloan!
Disgusting Sandwiches
We went along to the nursery for the disgusting sandwiches the children started making their parents totally brilliant sandwiches. It was interesting seeing all the adults’ faces when they tried their disgusting sandwiches. It was priceless. We made the teachers some and their faces were hilarious. Before that we were reading a book for the children and the adults were helping them following along. Next they got 5 minutes to look at the pictures. After the event they all got to sing rhymes in front of all the parents. The children got some books to take home with them.
Leona-Jade interviewed some of the guests sadly the upload is not co-operating… video to follow!
