It has been lovely to see many classes outside making the most of it \u2026 let\u2019s hope it lasts!\ud83e\udd1eIt is a reasonably short but busy term with lots going on.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Staff News<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After 21 years at Grange, Mrs Robertson (P1) has decided to retire She will leave us at the end of this term. She has been a valued and loyal member of &#8220;Team Grange&#8221; with her quiet, nurturing approach. She will be greatly missed by us all but I am sure she will not be stranger when she is out on her many dog walks.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Congratulations to Miss Gee (support assistant in the purple room) who was married last Saturday in Carnoustie and is now Mrs Gee-Wilson. Many congratulations to the happy couple\ud83c\udf89<\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Angie Bartlett returns to our nursery following the maternity of her twins. She is working part time until the summer and plans to return full time in August.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\">It was lovely to see Mrs Forydyce return last week. Mrs Fordyce is on will be on a phased return and Mrs Houston will continue to job share in P5 with Mrs Fordyce until this point.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\">Welcome back to them both!<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\">Louise Anderson joins us on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday from next week and will work Tuesday, Thursday and Friday this week. She will be teaching across the school on these days.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_x_elementToProof\">Pamela Wallace joined us last week as a support assistant and is working in our coloured rooms and mainstream classes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Mrs Lekamge (support assistant in the purple room) leaves us this Friday. Although she will leave us on Friday, we are hoping to have her back, a week later, for a week of supply before starting her new job. Mrs Lekamge&#8230; thank you for all the care you have shown towards our Purple Room gang and we wish you every success with your new role! \ud83c\udf1f<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Miss Macleod, in the nursery, has secured a job at Ninewells that she hopes will give her experience before she applies to do nursing, Thank you for being part of Granger&#8217;s Gang and although not leaving us for another week or so we wish you all the very best! \ud83c\udf1f<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Summer Term Events<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>SPORTS DAY<\/strong>: We are currently finalising our plans for Sports Day. However timings for the day are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Nursery &amp; P1 &#8211; 9.15-10.15 approx.<\/p>\n<p>P2-4 &#8211; 10.35-12.10noon approx.<\/p>\n<p>P5-7 &#8211; 1.35-3pm approx,<\/p>\n<p>The Parent Engagement Group are once again going to be selling strawberries.
