The best way to find someone’s email address is to use the People app from the Office 365 home screen or by clicking on the app switcher (or waffle) in the corner of the screen.  All Angus email addresses are in the format firstinitial.surname@angusschools.org.uk so by typing a name into the search field, a list of suggestions should appear.

Generally, staff names are displayed as title and surname (eg Mrs Smith) while pupils are shown with both names.  Clicking on any of these results sill show more information, such as the school where the selected person is based.  From this screen it is also possible to send an email or add the user to your contacts.
