Term 1
This term we have been settling in to a new year and focussing on listening to instructions and being busy when we are not with the teacher.

Topic
We have been learning about cold places and where the Arctic and Antarctic are on a globe. We have been learning about the animals that live there and how they survive.We have been reading stories about polar animals and writing reports and instructions.

Maths and numeracy
P2 Have been learning about big numbers to 100 and patterns when counting in 2s 10s and 5s.
P1 have been learning about numbers to 10 and 20 and 1 more/ 1 less.
