  • Direct entry as Crash Higher for S6 only \u2013 individual cases considered by PT \u2013 must have minimum standard of IT skills.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    • Impact of IT on working practices<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Customer care<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Organising events and meetings<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    • Methods of communication<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      2. IT Applications<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
