On the 3rd of<\/span> February, P4-7 pupils<\/span> in Auchterhouse went on a Head Teacher Meeting to show what we do as a Rights Respecting School <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Why we did it\u00a0<\/span> –\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We did it because we have a voice, and we need to be heard. It is important for small schools like us to be heard.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What did we talk about\u00a0<\/span> –\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We talked about playground charter and what an adult will do and what a child will do in our playground. We also talk about AAA which is link to Article 12 which is Respect for Children Views and Article 13 which is Sharing Thoughts Freely.<\/span> We talked about lots of other things we have learned and done through the UNCRC.<\/span><\/p>\n

We worked so hard and practiced till the day. <\/span>Before the meeting we felt nervous. Now, after, we feel proud of ourselves.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
